The cell AMPERAGE shows zero about 1/2 the time even when the voltage indicates it generating AND the green ‘generating’ light is lit. Short circuit? Bad setup? Chlorine in the pool reads perfect and the ‘output %’ is set at 30. WebHayward handles T-CELL-15 claims directly, which can greatly slow down the process.
