WebI just got an ultrasound and it looks like I actually have a complex, septated (I think this just means it’s two parts in one?) ovarian cyst on my left side, as well as a “tiny ovoid cystic area” in the “lower uterine/endometrium”. They did note normal functional follicles on the right side but didn’t consider any “ovarian cysts”.
